研究方向：

主要聚焦微生物（病毒）生态学研究，探索海洋环境（包括海水、沉积物、大型海藻养殖环境等）中病毒的生态特征与生态功能和病毒-宿主互作关系。此外，利用纯培养的手段分离海洋病毒（噬菌体），鉴定其生物学特征及功能特征，并开发和利用有价值的噬菌体资源。

目前已发表论文12篇，其中第一作者SCI论文5篇。
